This page explains how to request access to or deletion of demonstration information processed by the Jarvis HR WhatsApp test operated by Emlak Trading LLC.
The system is currently a test-only prototype using fictitious employee records. Users must not send real employee documents or confidential employee information through the test.
How to submit a request
Email:
Use the email subject: Jarvis HR Data Request
Where possible, include:
- The WhatsApp phone number used for the test
- The approximate date of the message
- Whether access or deletion is requested
- Any demonstration case reference shown in the reply
Do not send passports, Emirates IDs or other identity documents by email unless Emlak Trading LLC provides a secure verification method.
What happens next
Emlak Trading LLC may request reasonable information to verify the request and prevent unauthorized access or deletion. After verification, the operator will search for applicable locally stored demonstration records and process the request or explain what additional information is required.
Requests concerning information stored directly by Meta, WhatsApp, Cloudflare or another service provider may need to be submitted to that provider separately.
